Lotus Therapeutic Massage will Provide a service that improves the general wellness in anyone seeking a happier, pain, and stress free life. I truly care about my clients and strive to help them achieve wellness. I will help each client create their own plan for their massage that targets their specific needs. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Massage Therapy market. We consider our key competitors to be: Spas, massage chains, other independent practices, and doctors who use alternative methods of relieving pain (medication, surgery). My understanding of these competitors has been used to refine my strategy and value proposition. I believe that I can compete effectively with spas, massage chains, other independent practices because I know that all of my clients are unique and I strive to provide therapy specifically designed for their needs. Knowing my clients and completely focussing on them as an individual has made me successful as a massage therapist.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months my focus will be to create a website, market on google, social living, groupon, and other social media. This task will be undertaken in the context of my broader strategy to continue advertising in every way possible, acquire a large clientele, and build a successful practice. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of my strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 6 months are: find space to begin practice, obtain all licenses and permits, marketing, and to build a successful practice.
