We have a number of competitors within the 3rd party logistics and quality management market. We consider our key competitors to be: Independent companies which have similar roles implemented internally. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Independent companies which have similar roles implemented internally by Experience, contacts with insurance companies, freight forwarders, inspectors and cold stores that will enable us to provide solutions and possible settlements where customer service will be a focus.

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Provide expertise to import/export businesses based predominately in Europe. Primary focus will be on food with particular expertise in chilled and frozen . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Progress of claims, company approach to settlements and report on liability, recommend internal improvements and develop relevant reporting regime. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
