In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Our unique product is handmade fresh everyday. We provide only the best in the area & possibly the entire state. We thrive to make every customer feel at home & eager to return. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We do not have a number of competitors within the Coffee & Gelato market. We consider our competition to be outside county limits in nearby cities. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively. We are the only coffee shop in town that provide fresh & organic coffee. Our homemade gelato is something that you only find in big cities. I'm providing it to our small town. .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Appoint a financial advisor & establish better advertising. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Get our name out there & bring in new customers.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
