In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we will be as convenient and reliable as poss. This capability has taken considerable time to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Car wash market. We consider our key competitor to be the car wash at the gas station on Flamingo road and Miramar Parkway. Our understanding of these competitors is that though they are faster the do not give the quality or convenience our customers desire. We believe that we can compete effectively with our competitors by providing what they don't.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to create a service that has a steady flow of new and returning customers. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Have 50 customers by the end of the year. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next year are: having 10 customers, having 25 customers, and having 50 customers.
