La Juicerie has a clear business objective to produce organic bistro and juice bar products and services. These products and services have been developed over many years with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as the desire for improving one's poor nutrition. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of people looking to improve their health and wellness.

La Juicerie is uniquely positioned to deliver value to People who are looking to improve their health and wellness. "La Juicerie will improve your general well-beiing, energy, digestion and other ailments that can be relieved throug proper nutrition". In order to be deliver on this value proposition, I've done my research, been the guinea pig for many diets, this has been my lifestyle for the last 15 years and I live by it. I am proof it works wonders. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Organic bistro and juice bar market. We consider our key competitors to be: Jugo juice, Liquid nutrition, Gym bistros. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Jugo juice,mLiquid nutrition and Gym bistros by offering better quality ingredients, organic produce and superfoods.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to promote our product through good customer service, social media and quality. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to start catering meals to go. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: launching a new location, becoming a franchise and expanding into other cities.
