We have a number of competitors within the Acrylic & Gel Nails market. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. Over the next 6 months our focus will be to have super saver summer specials, distribute flyers and advertise and undercut all surrounding salon prices. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to increase clientele, specialize in nail art couture, relocate premises into a prime spot and expand into new products and latest trends.
These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: obtaining at least 50 returning, satisfied customers, relocating to prime business premises and appointing 2 extra servicing employees.
