This is a critical issue for our selected target market of females that take pride in how they look but also have busy lives.

Pamper Parlour is uniquely positioned to deliver value to females that take pride in how they look but also have busy lives. "Pamper Parlour will provide a service that is creative, fast and effective." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, with quality makeup and nail service but we will also offer a mobile service. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Makeup & Nails market. We consider our key competitors to be: Cecilias Nails & Beauty Salon and The Beauty Boutique. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Cecilias Nails & Beauty Salon and The Beauty Boutique because Pamper Parlour will be running out of a full hair salon that also has a massage therapist. We have the competitive advantage of being able to offer everything under one roof.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to open a part time placement in the salon which will eventually expand into full time. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to open a full Pamper Parlour salon. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: start the business part time, build the business into full time and eventually open a Pamper Parlour salon.
