"Qualcomm will Provide a service that proves the company has achieved the required air flow and water flow figures in relation to design figures for the system in question." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, My unique first hand experience on building sites and multi million pound projects all over the country for the last three years. All equipment and travel provided.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Heating and ventilation engineer market. We consider our key competitors to be: Other heating and ventilation specialist company's . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Other heating and ventilation specialist company's by providing our clients with competitive rates and quotes for engineers and projects


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months my focus will be to Employ at least one trainee heating and ventilation engineer. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand the amount of people working for the business . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain at least two work vehicles ,appoint new members of staff annually and acquire a clientele overseas and branch out.
