This is a critical issue for our selected target market of all age groups.

Warren Valley Farm is uniquely positioned to deliver value to All age groups. "Warren Valley Farm's handmade soap is made with farm fresh goat milk and natural ingredients that will leave your skin feeling soft and moisturized." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, the rustic yet unique designs sets my soaps apart from others. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Soap market. We consider our key competitors to be: Goat boy soap. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Goat boy soap by our unique designs using different types of techniques as well as the variety of scents we offer.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to promote our soap on social media, at farmers markets, craft fairs, and have more wholesale accounts. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to New product lines. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Have a full body lotion and cream line have a hair care line have a bath line (bombs, teas, scrubs, etc)
