In order to be deliver on this value proposition, that no other delivery company but us will bring you the simple day to day products you need. From toilet tissue from your local shop too a car 300 miles away advertised online we purchase and deliver what you need when you need it. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Purchased products market. We consider our key competitors to be: Companies with there own delivery services
FedEx UPS Royal Mail DHL TNT express ect.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Companies with there own delivery services
FedEx UPS Royal Mail DHL TNT express ect. But They will not deliver a McDonald's meal if that is what you required.

They may be able to deliver parcels/ packages on a next day bases but our goal is to deliver on the same day you order .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Promoting the service We Delivery provides which is self explanatory
Leaflets posted though doors expanding dispatch team developing app/online service having a dedicated 24/7 phone line and txt service
Advertising on social media networks gain contacts with private/public companies whom would benefit from our service . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Take our experience to other regions of UK expanding in major cities to provide services on a national scale . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Gain 100 contracts with Local businesses of each city/town we occupy. Gain 10,000 online subscribers. Dispatch agent for each postal area
