Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Mortgage choice, Smart line, Aussie, Rams & other major brokers by providing a unique mix of passion, dedication, appreciation and motivation for finding the right loan.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to reach a target of 20 clients plus referrals. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to target growth of 100 clients with referrals. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
