Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Fresh Scratch Baked Goods market. We consider our key competitors to be: Noone! No other bakery has the flavor line up we have ; however there are those that represent with more basic flavors, such as Sprinkles , Carlos Bake Shop, Uncle Willies Pies, Cretias, and a few others--however all stand more than 15-20 miles from our registered city of Duncanville.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that Our flavors are one of a kind! (I.e. The Texas Briskake--a brisket cupcake)
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to grow revenue. Baby Cakes will work to perfect the processes, ensure margins are correct, work to create more efficient duplication within the company, attend more vendor trade shows for more visibility, and much more. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expanding into a physical location .
