In order to deliver on this value proposition, CoolContour's unique advantage is our location, customer service and dedicated focus on this service. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Fat reduction market. For decades plastic surgeons have lined their pockets offering a service that most people can't afford and the recovery time is unrealistic for the average person. We at CoolContour will be offering a comparable service with similar results for a reasonable price. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to I will be solely responsible for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to prove this business model works. If we prove this concept/approach works, our over goal is to have 3-5 locations across the Manhattan area in ha e next 36 months. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
