In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we have years of training experience with proven results. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Health and Fitness market. We consider our key competitors to be: The YMCA, Bootcamp facilities and Planet Fitness. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with The YMCA, bootcamp and planet fitness by being the only fitness center in town that encourages real strength training while incorporating group fitness that is quantifiable.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Develop personal training strategies to appeal to women 18 to 35 and 60+ year old men and women while providing a fitness facility where people feel comfortable to work out. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Capture all revenue that clients currently spend through merchandise and supplements . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: 100,000 in personal training, Gaston best list and Top group fitness class in Gaston County.
