The Business Objectives
My key long term business objective is to acquire new customers and sell more paintings and prints. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and I am seeking to grow the number of customers. I understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. I will advertise on Facebook and boost posts in order to reach a wider audience. My long term objective is to sell prints and small pencil drawings in larger volumes. The main reason for this is more profitably and a significantly higher rate of pay.

Mark Jenkins LFC Art has been created with a clear focus on the needs and wants of our customers. Many customers buy as gifts and LFC fans get original art they can proudly display.
The Value Proposition
Mark Jenkins LFC Art is uniquely positioned to deliver value to LFC fans. "Mark Jenkins LFC Art will Provide an original and creative service that can be personalised to suit." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, all are paintings done by a passionate LFC fan with a lifelong love of art. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of the business going forward.
Competitors
I have a number of competitors within the Art market. I consider my key competitors to be: Other artists, LFC store, sellers selling prints, eBay, Amazon. My understanding of these competitors has been used to refine my strategy and value proposition. I believe that I can compete with these other sellers.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months my focus will be to advertise to a wider audience. A key thing I am working on is preparing for meeting with the LFC buyers and showing them a finished product. I have previously met with them and have clear requirements to prepare a finished print to present to them. Another key objective is to endeavour to get more paintings signed to increase sales. These strategies are a tactical implementation of my overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
