We have a number of competitors within the Rock &Roll Bar & Cafe market. We consider our key competitors to be: Hard Rock Cafe, Coyotes, James Dean Prague, konvict, and Konvice.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Hard Rock Cafe, Coyotes, James Dean Prague, konvict, Konvice by applying the corner bar theory to provide service beyond the norm in an environment where service is typically lacking. Though are menu, music, media, merchandise and related offering we will provide a price point that is affordable with great value where working with the values of the slow food movement to protect the cultural identity of our neigborhood and offering food and beverage that is fairly priced and has good value.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to use the established sadmanstongue.com blog and Facebook page to generate interest in the brand. Both have a significant social imprint in the market. We will target locals and millenials who are looking for an alternative space that offers exceptional service to pull clients away from existing businesses that fail expectations on a repeated basis.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to be the place of choice for cafe settings offering unique cocktails, food, music, service, and interactive social media presence in an atmosphere that pays homage to the 1950s and early rock and roll and it's development forward.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones
