Current Conservation has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute energy cost reduction products and services. These types of products and services have been around for years and we've developed a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow revenue. Rapid revenue growth is considered the most critical and measurable business goal. At this stage of our development, we consider this to be more important than profitability growth, although both are important long term objectives.

Current Conservation has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as exorbitant utility costs. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of commercial tenant less landlords.

The Value Proposition

Current Conservation is uniquely positioned to deliver value to commercial tenant less landlords. "Current Conservation will let less of your money work harder for you!." In order to deliver on this value proposition, we operate with very low overhead, and a small talented, hard working, caring installation and production crew. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Energy cost reduction products market. We consider our key competitors to be: Lowes, Home Depot and other home improvement stores. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Lowes, Home Depot and others by utilizing technology and years of research and outstanding social/business acumen allowing one on one consultation with fees that are applied towards total price of contract..


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to select like minded individuals to help promote our products and services. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to double the amount of successful salespeople by years end.
