Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Magic Owen, Salleh Sparrow, Jake Hicks, Martin Higgs, Miss Aniela, who are already established and doing what we want to be doing, however we do feel that we have an advantage in County Durham local area as not many photographers in this area are producing photography like Graham Short. We feel Graham Short Photography can become the regions top go-to photographer for headshots, model portfolio shoots and fashion designers and boutiques.

Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to contact model and talent agencies to secure paid model portfolio builder photoshoots and headshots. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to use telephone, social network and email marketing/ remarketing to ensure repeat business. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
The same strategy will be used to build relationships with local designers and those involved with the fashion and advertising industry in the region.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones.
