Bristol Rickshaws has a clear business objective to distribute Alternative transportation products and services. These products and services have been researched over the last 6 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to launch a new product. Whilst our existing plan is a hypothesis based on other outcomes, new products are required to fully capitalise on our business potential. Our growth path is clearly oriented around the addition of new products, the development of these new products and the subsequent marketing of these. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Working middle class & pensioners.

Bristol Rickshaws is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Working middle class & pensioners. "Bristol Rickshaws will Provide a convenient, safe mode of transport at a reasonable cost." In order to deliver on this value proposition, we will conduct ongoing Research & networking into quality & ethical products, pay close attention to government policy as it influences behaviours & even more thought on future local investment plans as they affect the landscape of public and private transportation. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Alternative transportation market. We consider our key competitors to be: Über & Black Cabs . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Über & Black Cabs by a Convenient, cost effective, ethical, and the 'rickshaw' experience.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Launch a crowdfunding campaign . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Launch our first rickshaws. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
