Trisha Alexander has a clear business objective to promote Health Insurance products and services. She has been studying over 2 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Trisha Alexander's long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process to create a long term profit

This idea has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as the need for every person in the United States to find approved quality health insurance to avoid federally mandated penalties as well as meet their specific medical and financial needs. This is a critical issue for our first selected target market of Seniors.

The Value Proposition

Trisha Alexander is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Seniors. "Alexander will Provide a service that helps individuals find a health insurance plan that will meet their specific needs as a broker of top insurance carriers." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, she has worked very hard to be a compassionate,educated, NAPA insured licensed agent. She also carries a AHIP certification .This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

There are a number of competitors within the Health Insurance market. We consider her key competitors to be: Mutual of Omaha. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Mutual of Omaha as an independent agent with a personal touch..


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Utilize the various CMS approved marketing tools made available to me via contracted insurance agencies.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Create a major online marketing event to Maintain current client base and seek refferals. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Make 7-10 Contacts per week,Obtain 4 Clients per month, and Expand for carriers of The Affordable care Act approved plans.
