This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Orthopedic Surgeons specialising in arthroscopy.
The Value Proposition
Endo Inland is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Orthopedic Surgeons specialising in arthroscopy. "Endo Inland will focus on Skill development, knowledge advancement and provide the support of knowledgeable sales consultants." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we will offer specialised cadaver workshops, VSP programmes and highly trained sales consultants with a 24/7 hr availability. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the surgical devices market. We consider our key competitors to be: Arthex, Linvatek, Mitek and Stryker. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Arthex, Linvatek, Mitek and Stryker by our unique product offering, excellent service, great support and the ability to service our customers across 4 divisions.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Create an awareness of Smith and Nephew's commitment to advances in orthopedic knee surgery. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to host the Smith and Nephew Marketing initiative "Knees A-Z". These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
