Overview

BeYOUtiful Girls has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute community service for girls. These services have been developed over 1 month with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key, long term business objective is to acquire new members. Consumer acquisition is considered to be a critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of girls in our program. We understand that the growth of the clientele could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with consumer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear consumer acquisition process.

The Customer

BeYOUtiful Girls has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our members. Through a structured clientele discovery process, we have validated the key problem as the need to create an official business plan. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of girls of all ages.

The Value Proposition

BeYOUtiful Girls is uniquely positioned to deliver value to girls of all ages. "BeYOUtiful Girls will provide numerous services and events for girls who are willing to grow and mature in areas that may be challenging for them." In order to deliver on this value proposition, our unique program will reach them on an educational and inspirational level. Our girls we learn things that will help them grow and flourish into the women they want to be to succeed in all they want to do. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the community service market for girls. We consider our key competitors to be Girl Scouts, Boys Hope Girls Hope of Cincinnati, Girls In Real Life Sciences and other programs related to our target market. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with our competitors by reaching all ages and not having limits on the programs and services we offer to them.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to establish a membership plan and host different events for girls of all ages to join. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand our services and break down by age group. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 100+ members Launch different products related to all girls Take BeYOUtiful Girls to a national level
