BINGE has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Teenage Articles. These services have been developed over time with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow profitability. It is critical that we balance revenue growth with the growth in our cost base. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of teenagers in school and college kids.

BINGE is uniquely positioned to deliver value to teenagers in school and college kids. "BINGE will shows you another perspective on an obstacle that you may face in life and shows you what you can do to deal with it." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Our perspective comes from the newest generation of talented writers who have great personalities, each of which can give the best advice and share amazing experiences from a teen's point of view. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the teenage articles and viral content market. We consider our key competitors to be: Buzzfeed, Viceland, Magcon Boys, MTV, Vox, Comedy Central. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Buzzfeed, Viceland, Magcon Boys, MTV, Vox, Comedy Central by having better quality writers and editors that provide a younger and fresher view.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to promote through social media marketing and the use of a social media team and advertising team. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to have at least 1000 unique monthly visitors and be able to begin DEVELOPING some merchandise. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 1000 Subscribers Launch a Merchandise Line Generate $1 per minute
