Bierkeller Tavern has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute exceptional food and drink products and services. These products and services have been developed over 1 year with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to launch a new product. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of working class downriver residents.

Bierkeller Tavern is uniquely positioned to deliver value to working class downriver residents. "Bierkeller Tavern will offer a high end food and beverage selection with a comfortable neighborhood atmosphere.." In order to deliver on this value proposition, our clean, trendy tavern features a friendly waitstaff educated in pairing our products to your tastes. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the food and drinks market. We consider our key competitors to be: Niko's, Rosie O Grady's, BLB, Rumkin's, Oak Cafe. . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Niko's, Rosie O Grady's, BLB, Rumkin's, Oak Cafe by training and product education, ambiance, cleanliness, seasonal features, Oktoberfest, trendy, lively, and comfortable atmosphere.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to remodel and open a German/American tavern with contemparary foods and craft beers.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Establish the only sustainable annual Oktoberfest event in the downriver area. We will also grow TPP's catering business and clientele. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Established Annual Oktoberfest event, $700,000 in annual revenue, and an established catering reputation.
