We have a number of competitors within the Luxury timely transportation market. We consider our key competitors to be: State transport and VIP . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with State transport and VIP by the use of Quality buses and highly trained drivers.

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to seek funding after which we woukd Appoint a marketing manager to sell our idea to public and also to make our presence known.This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Venture into new markets , add new routes. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: obtain 500 passengers per day ,20 fleets operating 6 routes and venturing into international markets ( Benin and Nigeria)
