This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors from the medical cannabis industry to be aware of and the possibility of many new storefront beginning with the start to the recreational industry. There is now word of any businesses similar to ours even in the medical industry. Our understanding of these competitors, or lack thereof, has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with the new storefronts and possibilities. The medical cannabis industry is flourishing but is being threatened by the impending start of the recreational industry beginning in Washington. There are no businesses that address the safety and organic healing needs of the medical industry patients, while adhering the new standards and regulations of the recreational cannabis industry.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to find local growers and artisans with recreational licenses and make relationships, find investors for the spa location and retail aspect, and design all marketing and branding material. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Hire local massage therapists, acupuncturists, reflexologist, nutritionalist, yoga and Pilates instructor, aesthetician, management and service staff, and small retail staff. . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain Resellers License from Liquor Control Board; Launch campaign for grand opening event; Obtain 300 customers within 2 months of opening.
