In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we I have been working in the Early Childhood industry for 8 years and have got my early childhood degree at AUT where I also specialised in Montessori . I love working with children but as a parent I also understand how scary it is going into a centre and not knowing if this place is good enough for your family. Let me help take the stress out of looking for the right service as we can go through it together step by step in away that is less frighting so that you can have peace and mind that your family is in the best hands.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

I believe I can do better in this business as I confident in my ability to connect families with their correct child care service an that I like to work with people on a personal level . Looking for a child care service can be terrifying specially when your not even sure of what you should be looking for. I won't to help families get a better idea of what the are looking for and to make sure they know all their options first. .

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Set up a website, business cards, send flyers to people's house . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Looking into doing talks to families about what they should be looking for in a quality child care setting . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
