Overview

Sean's Place has a clear business objective to sell meat products self services to braai.These products and services have been developed over 2 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to launch a new product. Whilst our existing products have been useful for testing the customer problem, new products are required to fully capitalise on our business potential. Our growth path is clearly oriented around the addition of new products, the development of these new products and the subsequent marketing of these. It is understood that costs will be associated with product development and marketing and these have been allowed for in our budget.

The Customer

Sean's Place has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as most customer's wanted the braai facility/option as not everyone has a braai stand/time to braai when get home or the braaing skills. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of youth,young people.

The Value Proposition

Sean's Place is uniquely positioned to deliver value to youth,young people. "Sean's Place will provide a service that cater's for +120 people mon-fri and double on weekends." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we we interact with our customer via facebook,twitter and whatsapp...24hour,we advertise our products on our pages and get them to comment on them. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the meat market. We consider our key competitors to be: Butchery,take-away joints. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Butchery,take-away joints by The spices for our meet is imported from idea,we have spices to prepare meat for different preparation.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Open a buy and braai...department.,whereby customer's will by meat and give them an option to braai it in our facilities..... This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to A buy and braai option is more of a culture in South Africa...for family gathering,party's,re-union's and picnics....so acquring an alcohol licence to sell alcohol for those who drink.so it will be a place to relax and take your time as not to hurry or worry about people in the party who are getting drunk whilst you busy braaing meat for them.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: open buy and braai optain the liquor licence expand my marketing
