Dragon school has a clear business objective to promote Wholistic treatment of addictions & dependencies. These services have been developed over the last few months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

A key component of our growth strategy is to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

Dragon school has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as a wholistic mind body spirit pattern of addiction and unhealthy dependencies. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Adults who suffer addiction or dependencies to substances or unhealthy behaviors.

Dragon school is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Adults who suffer addiction or dependencies to substances or unhealthy behaviors. By providing the best approaches that ancient wisdom and modern science have to offer. Including;acupuncture supported detox and recovery, Chinese medicine and herbs, supportive counseling including weekly individuals and groups, education regarding family systems, nutrition, meditation and movement as well as access to several different yoga paths, qi gong and dance! All in Homer Ak for an affordable price!." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we We have a unique team providing an innovative approach who are dedicated to wholistic recovery paths and joyous living for all. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Wholistic addiction & dependecy intervention market. We consider our key competitors to be: Wisdom traditions of Anchorage. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Wisdom traditions as they are much more expensive and not readily access able to Kenai peninsula folks.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to fomulate and carry out a marketing plan for the January session. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Develop a housing plan for clients coming from out of town. . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Fill three sessions a year with 12 clients. Develop and launch family component. Develop and launch aftercare program and secure a housing package option for out of town clients.
