Sec ops has a clear business objective to expand, promote, and distribute Security services. These services have been developed over 2 years with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to launch new security products. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Financial services.

The Value Proposition

Sec ops is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Financial services. "Sec ops will Scan and report on the security of assets, monitor and alert on security incidents, prioritise incident response based on asset criticality to protect and secure." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Our surveillance systems and specialised knowledge leads us to the source of the attack. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Security services market. We consider our key competitors to be: Outsourcing. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Outsourcing by Unique knowledge of the network and environments.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Expand monitoring surveillance and incident response. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand offensive tools, techniques and processes to contain and eradicate malware.
