The Business Objectives
When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow revenue. Rapid revenue growth is considered the most critical and measurable business goal. At this stage of our development, we consider this to be more important than profitability growth, although both are important long term objectives.
The Customer
Twin has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as affordable trend led clothing and unique clothing. We aim to meet both those needs. Women want to be different and stand out without breaking the bank to do so. Twin will offer a solution, the opportunity to buy an affordable trend led item and a vintage one off piece. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of fashionable women. Women want to be stylish but on a budget. We understand that our target customers love fashion but now more so then women have to be savvy with their money. We do not want our customers to feel guilty about treating themselves to a new dress because of the expense. We want to relish in the fact they do not have to spend an extortionate amount of money for a beautiful item.
The Value Proposition
Twin is uniquely positioned to deliver value to fashionable women. "Twin will offer great clothing at great prices and unique vintage items you will not find anywhere else. Dress the two together and you will certainly stand out from the crowd." In feel we can deliver on this value proposition, as we have years of experience within retail, business degree's and an outstanding work ethic. We are determined, hard working and know the industry. We have acquired contacts and know the wholesalers in the north west. These capabilities have taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the clothing for women market. We consider our key competitors to be: Boohoo

ASOS.
Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Boohoo

as they are all the same, they offer nothing unique for fashionable women. We aim to offer vintage one off pieces as well as trend led fashion..
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to raise capital through ebay and asos marketplace. This will in turn raise our profile within our target market (fashion conscious women). This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Launch our website and create profiles on various different social media websites. By the end of the 12 months we would hope that Twin is turning a net profit of £8,000 per month. In addition, we would hope that the fashion conscious were aware of Twin and its products. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: launch website gain 15,000 followers on facebook in 12 months obtain media coverage
