Customers will be interested in exploring their creative ambitions while enjoying themselves in a friendly family environment. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of curious young children, artistic teenagers, adventurous twenty-year-olds, and other open minded adults.

crafTEA cafe is uniquely positioned to deliver value to curious young children, artistic teenagers, adventurous twenty-year-olds, and other open minded adults. "crafTEA cafe will Provide high quality services and goods that allow our customers to leave with smiles on their faces." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, all members of our team meet prospective new employees. Our employees are energetic and highly interested in crafTEA cafe's cause.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Eco-friendly Crafts and Food and Drink market. We consider our key competitors to be: Art Explorium, kulu kulu cake, Peace Cafe, The Tea Farm Cafe, . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Art Explorium, kulu kulu cake, Peace Cafe, The Tea Farm Cafe, by Other businesses do not offer both crafts and food and beverage services. We are located in a less urbanized part of the city, therefore we can give customers a better more comfortable experience. Other businesses (other than Peace Cafe) do nit focus on being environmentally conscious.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to develop new innovative projects and services, establish a foothold in the market. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Open a second storefront, plan and develop a spinoff business. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Sell all menu items to customers (and receive feedback), Obtain 200 customers, One Year Anniversary
