Overview

Learn.inc. has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute knowledge products and services. These products and services have been developed over 6 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

As a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to distribute everlasting knowledge. New products and services are required to fully capitalise on our business potential. Our growth path is clearly oriented around the addition of new products and services, the development of these new services and their subsequent marketing. It is understood that costs will be associated with product development and marketing and these have been allowed for in our budget.

The Customer

Learn.inc. has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as having access to a suitable space in which different disciplines can be learned and acquired. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of children and adolescents between 7-21. Having access to one location where all the extracurricular activities can be accessed, would solve transportation and billing issues for parents and guardians, making it accessible and convenient for children and their families.

The Value Proposition

Learn.inc. is uniquely positioned to deliver value to children and adolescents between 7 to 21 years old. "Learn.inc. will Provide an enriching learning environment to complement school knowledge through languages, arts, and music." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we differentiate with our unique teaching philosophy and qualified educators. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Hire knowledge ambassadors that will impart learning the Learn.inc way. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to find space. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: to open our academy to the public, be profitable and eventually expand to other cities
