"Alonzo Fury" has a clear business objective to produce Music products. These products have been developed over the past 4 years with a core focus on addressing the key customer problems and associated opportunities.

As a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to launch a new product. Whilst our existing products have been useful for testing the customer market, new products are required to fully capitalise on our business potential. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Young adults, male and female 16-25.

The Value Proposition

"Alonzo Fury" is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Young adults, male and female 16-25. "Alonzo Fury" will "Provide a product that emanates emotional equilibrium to our customers through the power of music." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, the unique portrayal of human emotion set against a 3 dimensional background of realism will allow Alonzo Fury to connect with his audience, not distracted by externalities which may hinder truth. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Music market. We consider our key competitors to be numerous. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively through unique music compositions.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Release our first cd, thus creating revenue to forward further ventures and capital. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Attract record labels to distribute and produce further CDs. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
