B.C. Pizza Ada has a clear business objective to distribute Pizza and Italian food; Dine-in, Delivery and Carry out products and services. This objective will be carried out with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow profitability. It is critical that we balance revenue growth with the growth in our cost base.

B.C. Pizza Ada has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as The need for a local, family oriented pizza place, that also has an excellent lunch buffet.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of working class citizens.

The Value Proposition

B.C. Pizza Ada is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Working Class citizens. "B.C. Pizza Ada will We provide quality food at competitive prices; we have an excellent lunch buffet and provide a great dining experience." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we The B.C. Pizza franchise has been around for over 20 years. During that time they have developed some of the best tasting pizza around; we use only the highest quality ingredients available, and make our own dough, sauce and cheese fresh daily.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Pizza and Italian food; Dine-in, Delivery and Carry out market. We consider our key competitors to be: Vitale's and Papa K's. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with our competitors by offering higher quality food at a competitive price. And also offering a larger dining room and buffet.


Key Strategies

Over the 6 months after opening our focus will be to run daily specials and do a lot of local advertising. Eg. Local paper, radio stations, Etc.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to build sales and our customer base by offering competitive specials and friendly service. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Average sales of $1,200 or higher a day, continual customer base growth and payment of approximately 1/3 of our loan debt.
