Over the next 6 months our focus will be to begin a brand awareness plan in Blackpool, Fylde and Lancashire to raise the awareness of our presence .and business This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to later expand into other locations and use Whyndyke Farm as our base to those satellite sites. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: 2000 customers per annum, Clear all outstanding liabilities and to become a recognised brand in the local area.
