K2H Enterprises, inc. has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Lifestyle shows & commentary. These products and services have been developed over 3 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as the need of wide spread cultural refinement amongst the 18-35 age group especially amongst both the Minority and Muslim communities.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of young Minority and Muslim professionals.

K2H Enterprises, Inc. is uniquely positioned to deliver value to young Minority and Muslim professionals. "K2H Enterprises, Inc. will provide services and products that cater toward our customers twice a week that will expand both their intellectual & lifestyle horizons.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, our unique lead investigative team will travel the country researching upcoming trends & current events that will have a profound impact on our customers lifestyle then pass that information on to our customers twice a week.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Lifestyle shows & commentary market. We consider our key competitors to be: Muslimah 2 Muslimah

Karen Civil . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Muslimah 2 Muslimah

Karen Civil by the fact that K2H Enterprises, Inc. is well connected in both the entertainment & business industries. We have access to both key individuals for in depth interviews as well as contacts for industry events/conferences in order to provide both information & products to enrich the lifestyle of our customers.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to create more creative content that will be published on a regularly scheduled basis of twice a week. In addition, the company will gain more publicity by participating in more community and industry activities/events. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy of following the blueprint of our 6 month goals. K2H Enterprises, Inc. will be ready to launch both an web series as well as publish its first publication. We will also become sponsors in at least 2 industry events in order to gain more recognition amongst both our peers & audience.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
