We have a number of competitors within the Children party market. We consider our key competitors to be: The Jungle Party House and Pump It Up. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with The Jungle Party House and Pump It Up by showing that The Party Place pays great attention into detail, giving the party room a WOW factor at first glance. .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Advertise through social media, print and radio. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand new themes and packages. Add cafe for parents. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
