Property axe has a clear business objective to develop Residential property products. These products have been developed over 1 month with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow profitability. It is critical that we balance revenue growth with the growth in our cost base. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of 25-35 year olds.

Property axe is uniquely positioned to deliver value to 25-35 year olds. "Property axe will Affordable living for the 21st century." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we We will create excel templates to mechanize the search process for a viable development project.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Residential property market. We consider our key competitors to be: Other mom and pop investors. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Other mom and pop investors by Larger pool of capital and lower leaverage.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Build a team to gain local knowledge of a property market. This will include architects, builders, a property lawyer and a network of experienced real estate agents.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Identify a growth area that is within our budget and expertise to look find an opportunity that meets our investment criteria. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
