When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow revenue. Rapid revenue growth is considered the most critical and measurable business goal. At this stage of our development, we consider this to be more important than profitability growth, although both are important long term objectives.
The Customer
Images by Brant has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as; we capture priceless memories. We take better images and make it a great experience. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Brides and Grooms.

Images by Brant is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Brides and Grooms. "Images by Brant specializes in capturing images that tell a complete story of your special day. We make it so that your friends and family can feel like they were at the wedding just by looking at your gorgeous photos." In order to deliver on this value proposition, we are a husband and wife team and we have over 25 years of photography experience. Trained by masters in their craft. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

We have a number of competitors within the high end portrait photography market. We consider our key competitors to be: Powers studio

McClary photography. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Powers studio

McClairy photography by Our pricing is less for starters. We spend more time on editing. We care to get as close to perfection as possible as time allows. We love weddings and agree how special they are. They are not just a job for us.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Acquire new customers, get currents clients to be repeat clients, understand how businesses are run.
Also understand how pricing needs to be done. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Come up with a reward/referral system that works.
Take a business class.
Upgrade our equipment to have a duplicate set up and have correct equipment for most lighting set ups.
Take a weekend class in lighting and posing. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Get 15 wedding in 2015, make over $40,000 and a hoot 10 seniors for 2015.
