I always find out everything about my customer so that I know their situation and I actually care about my customer. They will confid in me and I'm considered a friend in their heart because I do care and have actually been in their shoes. I always treat my customer as my friend because they are my friend. After I build a relationship I keep it and they will always be with me. When I build relationships I keep them even if they fall on even harder times I'll work with them so that they always have a chance to catch up.. Over the next 6 months our focus will be: In the pawn business you need to loan as much money as possible to grow the business. In my 5 years managing this business the more customers you have the better the business. The business will prosper with great relationships with regular customers that come in on a weekly or monthly basis. When a customer loses a pawn you will then sell the item for more than you have in it plus the interest it occurs over a 2 month period (There is a 60 day holding period on all items that are used as collateral) The store will also buy items to resale at a profit of 100%. The business is a loan first and sell last business. We will also do payday loans at 17.5% interest and this is a loan that is getting bigger in the United States. It has been established to help the people who live on a month to month income. The business will succeed from the loans it makes and the sales will be the second source of income. We will also be a FFL licensed dealer so we can pawn guns. With FFL we will also be in gun sales which is one of the best selling items in the US. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy. There is a lot the pawn business can do but 95% of the business is the loans. . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones
