Protzi is uniquely positioned to deliver value to growing youth. "Protzi will Help customers express self through unique clothing brand." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we are making the most obvious things noticeable with out of the box marketing. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Shoes and apparel market. We consider our key competitors to be: Pink dolphin, hundreds, along with numerous other urban brands. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Pink dolphin, hundreds, etc by Out of the box design ideas that capture the obvious simple things and make them more noticeable from a diff point of view.

Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Launch new ideas, while strengthening our brand through unique marketing strategies. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Create new products. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launch new product, obtain and average 200 solid customers and Expanding product line
