"KCC Pty Ltd will Support all customers and provide life coaching. By upholding a high client bass, on going support and providing all needed tools and skills for each individual to succeed." The customers will be successful. In order to deliver on this value proposition, We provide Detailed coaching on all aspects to gain employment as an individual. Also One on one assistance in all queries/trouble shooting will be provided. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Advice, Coaching, Work skills, Work Tools market. We consider our key competitors to be: Recruitment agencies, life coaches, randstand, hays . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Recruitment agencies, life coaches, randstand, hays by One on one personal advice and help in all matters before the interview stage of employment begins. This is a new service to customers.
