This has resolved a critical issue for our selected target market of fleet vehicles owned by company's and residents of Halifax and surrounding areas.

LM Motors is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Residents and business in Halifax. "LM Motors will provide a honest reliable service with expertise in all models of vehicles." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, our unique service of collecting vehicles and returning when complete. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the vechicle repair market. We consider our key competitors to be: Bell Hall Garage although the business is mainly Mots Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Bell hall garage by complementing each other's services in exchange for work generated by each other's business as we use Bell Hall Garage to carry out mots on our vehicles and Bell Hall garage uses our repair service to maintain the mot of its customers
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to advertise the business and compile a database for exsisting clients to remind them their service/mot is due. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to maintain client satisfaction and distribute flyers to local areas with a new customer discount offered. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
