In order to deliver on this value proposition, my personal love of sports and kids, gives me the drive and dedication needed to succeed. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Kids Sports Health Fitness market. We consider our key competitors to be: Lil Gym, Jr Gym and Soccer Shots. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Lil Gym, Jr Gym and Soccer Shots by offering a verity of sports and fitness, where they concentrate on just one activity. We are ahead of the curve with modern technology, tools and up to date equipment that make the kids want to be more active.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to market the business and get kids involved in our program. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to get all preschool kids involved in sports and fitness. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Gain 15 new clients(new schools) in the first 9 months, have 120 physically active students a month in the first year, grow and be able to hire and expand territory
