We have a number of competitors within the Food market. We consider our key competitors to be: Fairmont jam, lodi, door county. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Fairmont jam, lodi, door county by using many local ingredients and produce in small batches to maintain a high level of quality and outstanding taste.
