Flexaco. has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute living units refurbished conexs products. These products have been developed over Years of research with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to launch a new product. Whilst our existing products have been useful for testing the customer problem, new products are required to fully capitalise on our business potential. Our growth path is clearly oriented around the addition of new products, the development of these new products and the subsequent marketing of these. It is understood that costs will be associated with product development and marketing and these have been allowed for in our budget.

Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as The customer can not wait to see this being produced there beautifully fully functional living units for people that can only afford renting which some do it for years to only end up moving and losing out on there home I'm going to make it affordable to own these home in a few to years to 10 years after small monthly payments. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Middle class.

Flexaco. is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Middle class. "Flexaco. will Provide a way to purchase a home that is affordable for a person who only is being paid minimal wage ! And to after a few years profit from it." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, Because I'm just like a lot of hard working Americans I work check to check and know how it is being a single parent and over paying a rent or lease and not having a established or no credit. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to To go nation wide with sales of these affordable living units . For family's of one to three members then global being the availability of these used shipping containers are abundant. .
