We have a number of competitors within the horse boarding, training and lessons market. We consider our key competitors to be: Alternate boarding and training facilities in the area and horses kept at ones own home. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to obtain a horse property with indoor arena, 20-30 stalls and pasture.
