LoveStone Stables has a clear business objective to develop horse boarding and training as well as equine clinic and lesson services. These services have been developed over 10 years with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. LoveStone Stables is uniquely positioned to deliver value to equine enthusiasts. "LoveStone Stables will properly care for your horses while providing you with an exceptional arena to enjoy your horse in during the winter months." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Have an indoor arena and heated tack room make your NW winters drier for riding. I can take all the pressure off you to keep your horse well cared for. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the horse boarding, training and lessons market. We consider our key competitors to be: Alternate boarding and training facilities in the area and horses kept at ones own home. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Alternate boarding and training facilities in the area. Horses kept at ones own home. by Compassion, knowledge and facilities and cost!.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to obtain a horse property with indoor arena, 20-30 stalls and pasture. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to recruit horse owners and trainers to use the property for equestrian activities. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain property with desired facilities, have a stable set or boarders at the facility and, finally, host an annual equestrian event.
