In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we As the Internet expands so will the need for social media information expand to great opportunities for personal and business use. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Internet services, food and beverage market. We consider our key competitors to be: Java cafe, Internet buzz cafe and Karma Internet cafe. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Java cafe, Internet buzz cafe and Karma Internet cafe by Unique structure for learners, students and professionals.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to provide a service that will extend and exceed the norm, by introducing free internet service whilst having a food or beverage, and still provide the office structure for business get together or meeting. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand my business to franchises in my surrounding areas.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
