Intellect Movements has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute creatively unique streetwear products. These products have been developed over 3 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

As a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to launch a new product. Whilst our existing products have been useful for testing the customer problem, new products are required to fully capitalise on our business potential. Our growth path is clearly oriented around the addition of new products, the development of these new products and the subsequent marketing of these. It is understood that costs will be associated with product development and marketing and these have been allowed for in our budget.

The Customer

Intellect Movements has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as the need for fashion that doesn't lack direction of what matches and looks appealing to wear from just relaxing on your couch to going out and enjoying a night out on the town. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of everyday fashion people endure everyday.

The Value Proposition

Intellect Movements is uniquely positioned to deliver value to everyday people. "Intellect Movements will provide such a unique style of street wear that it will bring people together, instead of placing or labeling people high or low class fashion." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, the creatively unique designs would only be in limited quantity per layout of design it would be in sets of 50 per design layout allowing continuous cycling of each core design. allowing each print to be limited edition increasing the uniqueness quality of each layout. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the creatively unique streetwear market. We consider our key competitors to be: DC, supra, obey propaganda, Nike SB, crooks and castles, Baker pink dolphin hawk Emerica ALAB LRG etc.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with DC, supra, obey propaganda, Nike SB, crooks and castles, Baker pink dolphin hawk Emerica ALAB LRG etc. by limited quantity in designs no mass production of just one image always changing up the look of things to keep it fresh and entertaining.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to promote the website through SEO in order to be on the first 5 pages of the Internet, get inside of local skate shops, as well as mom and pop retailers, set up pop-up shops in local community as well as other cities Houston, tx, olympia, Washington , Chicago, IL . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand into new avenues of Revenue looking into starting a small skate team of about 3 people, as well as acquiring music artists, performing artist, as well as athletes, to promote Intellect Movements, also looking into having a brick-and-mortar location, acquire all equipment to cut overhead cost also increase productivity. After the first 12 months is to have broken even or made the way into the profit margins. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
